It all started in 1997 with the founding of Fiks Personalpool, one of the first staffing companies in Eskilstuna. Although the concept of leasing staff was new and challenged, we knew our vision would flourish. Soon we became part of a growing industry that revolutionized the labor market in Sweden.

After some challenging years after the turn of the millennium, we changed our name to Fiks Group AB in 2005 to regain our energy and vision. This change became a turning point that led us back on track.
